Aktiv lytning – en nøgle til stærkere samarbejde og bedre kundeoplevelser

Jeg har netop fået lov til at udvikle en workshop for en virksomhed, der arbejder med sammenhængende kundeoplevelser. En opgave jeg virkelig glæder mig til at løse – for det handler om noget, jeg brænder for: aktiv lytning.
